Confirm the app before fixing the account

Account steps apply to the Moonfrog Teen Patti Gold app with package com.teenpatti.hd.gold. If the publisher or package is different, stop and identify the product first. This site cannot access an account, chips, purchase history or recovery system.

OTP does not arrive

Confirm the mobile number and country code.
Use the SIM linked to the account and check signal strength.
Wait for the current code before requesting another.
Turn on automatic date and time.
Check SMS spam filtering and blocked senders.
Restart the app after the network stabilises.

Enter the OTP only in the Teen Patti Gold screen you intentionally opened. Do not read it to someone claiming to be support.

Update the app through the matched Google Play listing, then restart the phone. Check available storage and Android WebView or Google Play services updates. Clear only the app cache first; clearing all app data can remove a guest session or local settings.

If the account began as a guest account, confirm how it was linked before uninstalling the app. Reinstalling does not guarantee that an unlinked guest profile will return.

Purchase or chip balance looks wrong

Review the Google Play purchase receipt and transaction history. Use the Moonfrog support route shown on the official listing and provide the player ID, order reference and time of purchase without sharing an OTP, UPI PIN or full card details.

The official listing says chips do not represent real-money winnings or payouts. A person asking for a fee or UPI PIN to “release a withdrawal” is not describing the official product flow.
